摘要
对广西少数民族地区372位乡村代课教师进行问卷调查,运用ACSI模型理论和线性回归模型分析乡村代课教师工作的满意度及其影响因素。结果表明,民族地区乡村代课教师工作的满意度较低;"入编机会""工资""职称评定""业务培训"等方面对代课教师工作满意度影响显著。提出了适当保留代课教师"入编机会"、提高代课教师报酬、把代课教师学习和管理纳入正式教师培训计划和管理视阈之中,以及依法保障代课教师合法权益等建议。
Based on questionnaire of 372 village school supply teachers in ethnic areas,Guangxi,this paper analyses the job satisfaction and its influence factors of village school supply teacher in ethnic areas by using the theory of ACSI model and linear regression model. The result shows that the job satisfaction of village school supply teacher in ethnic areas is low. The significant factors that influence the job satisfaction are the "chance of into the formal establishment","wage","evaluation of professional title"and "vocational training". On that basis,this paper suggests the government should remain the chance of into the formal establishment for village school supply teachers properly,increasing the supply teachers' pay,incorporating supply teachers' learning and administration into the training scheme and management sight line of formal teacher,and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of supply teachers,and so on.
