Boiler desulfurization and denitrification through burning eggshells and shells

摘要 在4.2MW链条锅炉使用蛋壳、贝壳粉平铺在煤层上部进行炉内脱硫脱硝后,通过风机的负压携带将燃烧形成的CaO随烟气带入湿法除尘设备,完成与NaOH的双碱法脱硫脱硝。结果表明,脱硫效率>80%,脱硝效率>50%。烟气排放指标优于国标。风机携带的CaO对水冷壁形成清扫作用,运行130d节约煤炭20%。 Spread eggshells and shell power on the surface of the coal in the 4. 2 MW chain boiler and implement desulfurization and denitration within the furnace. The calcium oxide generated from the combustion was carried to the wet dust removal equipment along with flue gas,thus,realizing double alkaline desulfurization and denitration using sodium hydroxide. The results showed that the desulfurization efficiency was above 80%,and the denitration efficiency in terms of nitrogen removal was above 50%,making the flue gas emission target supersede the national standard. Furthermore,the calcium oxide carried by the fan had a cleaning effect on the cold water wall,thus,saving the coal consumption by 20% per 130 operating days.
