摘要
为探明古侧柏鳞叶内生真菌的多样性及其抑菌活性,分别以夏季、秋季的古侧柏健康鳞叶为材料,分离内生真菌,共获得311株,经形态学和分子生物学鉴定,隶属于21属。进一步采用平板对峙法和生长速率法分别测定了优势菌株C-3(Chaetomium sp.),C-6(Nigrospora sp.),C-14(Trichoderma sp.),C-19(Bipolaris sp.)和C-30(Alternaria sp.)对金黄壳囊孢菌Cytospora chrysosperma、尖孢镰刀菌Fusarium oxysporum、胶孢炭疽菌Colletotrichum gloeosporioides、葡萄座腔菌Botryosphaeria dothidea的抑制作用,结果表明,这5株内生真菌对4种病原菌均表现出不同程度的抑菌活性,其中C-14表现最强,抑菌率分别为79.55%,59.82%,75.67%和62.82%,显著高于其它菌株(P<0.05)。
In order to explore the diversity and antifungal activities of endophytic fungi,healthy leaves of ancient Platycladus orientalis were taken as the materials to isolate endophytic fungi.By the morphological and molecular biological identification,311 strains were isolated in total,which were classified into 21 genera.Furthermore,an antagonism test and growing-rate method were conducted to assay the antifungal activities of dominant genera C-3(Chaetomium sp.),C-6(Nigrospora sp.),C-14(Trichoderma sp.),C-19(Bipolaris sp.) and C-30(Alternaria sp.) against Cytospora chrysosperma,Fusarium oxysporum,Colletotrichum gloeosporioides and Botryosphaeria dothidea,respectively.Results showed all of the five endophytic fungi had inhibitory effects against the tested pathogenic fungi in different degrees,with the values of inhibitory rate as 79.55%,59.82%,75.67%and 62.82%respectively,which were significantly higher than other endophytic fungi.Among them C-14(Trichoderma sp.) performed the best antifungal activity.
