从不动产登记的历史演变出发,分析了当前不动产调查的现状及难点,重点比较了当前几种不动产调查技术路线的优劣,提出了农村不动产调查的解决方案,重点介绍了贵州省水城县农村宅基地调查项目中采用的几种完善的技术流程、创新性的技术方法,解决了农村不动产调查中的大量难点。
From the historical evolution of real estate registration,the paper analyzes the present situation and the difficulties of real estate survey,focusing on comparative advantages and disadvantages of the current several real estate survey technical route,proposed rural estate survey solutions,focusing on the rural homestead Shuicheng County,Guizhou Province several sound technical processes,technologies and innovative research methods used in the project to solve a lot of difficulties of real estate survey in rural areas.
