MSCT血管成像在上肢动脉疾病诊断中的应用

Application of MSCTA to Diagnosis of Upper Extremity Arterial Disease

目的:探讨多层螺旋CT血管成像(MSCTA)在上肢动脉疾病诊断中的应用价值.方法:回顾性分析33例经DSA或临床证实的上肢动脉疾病患者的MSCTA图像.结果:33例受检者共行48个上肢动脉CTA成像检查(15例行双上肢动脉成像检查).其中动脉粥样硬化17例(31个),动静脉瘘6例,动脉瘤2例,大动脉炎3例(4个),上肢动脉外伤1例,动静脉内瘘成形术后4例,MSCT诊断结果与DSA及临床诊断结果一致,准确性达100%.结论:MSCTA能够准确显示上肢动脉各种病变的形态学特征,明确诊断.

Purpose： To evaluate the application of multi-slice computed tomographic angiography（MSCTA） in the diagnosis of upper extremity arterial diseases. Methods： MSCTA images of 33 patients with upper extremity arterial disease were retrospectively analyzed. The diagnoses were further confirmed by DSA or clinic. Results： 48 upper extremities of 33 cases were undertook MSCT scan： 17 cases（31 upper extremities） were diagnosed with artherosclerosis, 6 with arterio-venous malformation, 2 with aneurysm, 3（4 upper extremities） with Takayasu＇s arteritis, 1 with artery injury, 4 with arteriovenous fistula. The accuracy was 100%. Conclusion： MSCTA could display the upper extremity arterial diseases clearly, and help to set up the diagnosis.
