申嘉湖高速公路西延线鹿安段方案优化研究

Research on Optimization of Schemes for Lu'an Section in Western Extension Line of Shanghai—Jiaxing—Huzhou Expressway

申嘉湖高速公路西延线位于浙江省湖州市,途经湖州开发区、吴兴区、长兴县和安吉县4个县市区。沿线乡镇规划完善,不同地域对高速公路需求和定位不同,地形条件的差异和洪水位标高的制约等均直接影响路线方案的选择。介绍该项目路线方案研究和优化过程,最终确定采用与规划不一致的方案,以达到节约社会资源、降低工程造价的目的。

The western extension line of Shanghai—Jiaxing—Huzhou Expressway is located in Huzhou,Zhejiang by way of Huzhou Development Zone,Wuxing District,Changxing County and Anji County. The rural towns along the line are planned perfectly. Many factors,such as the fact that different regions have different demands and positionings for expressways,differences in terrain conditions,and restraint from flood level,etc.,can affect selection of route schemes directly. This paper introduces the process of research and optimization for the route scheme in this project,and finally determines to adopt a scheme inconsistent with the planning for the purposes of saving social resources and reducing project cost.
