摘要 为向信号系统的接口输出地震紧急处置信号,实现信号系统快速控制高速列车停车,确保高速铁路行车安全,减轻地震次生灾害,研发高速铁路地震监测预警信号接口单元。作为高速铁路地震监测预警系统的关键组件,地震监测预警信号接口单元由工控机、网络通信设备、接口驱动单元、独立电源、双断驱动的AX安全型继电器和防雷装置等组成。为了确保地震监测预警信号接口单元工作的可靠性和安全性,采用了冗余、故障自检及隔离、双重过电保护等关键技术。高速铁路地震监测预警信号接口单元与铁路局中心系统、地震监测台站间采用铁路专用通信网络连接,并且为双网冗余设计。现场试验结果表明,高速铁路地震监测预警信号接口单元的各项功能及性能满足规定的技术条件要求,达到了设计要求。 In order to output earthquake emergency disposal for the interface to signal system,realize the fast control for high speed train stopping,ensure the operation safety of high speed railway and reduce seismic secondary disasters,the signal interface unit in earthquake monitoring and early warning system for high speed railway was researched and developed.As the key component of the earthquake monitoring and early warning system for high speed railway,the signal interface unit was composed of industrial computer,network communication equipment,interface drive unit,independent power supply,double break driven AX safe relay and lightning protection devices,etc.In order to ensure the working reliability and safety of the signal interface unit in earthquake monitoring and early warning system,such key technologies as redundancy,fault self-checking,isolation,double over-voltage protection were adopted.High speed railway earthquake monitoring and early warning signal interface unit was connected with the center system of railway administration,earthquake monitoring stations by using railway special communication network,and was dual network redundancy design.Field test results show that the various functions and performances of high speed railway earthquake monitoring and early warning signal interface unit meet the specified technical requirements,and have reached design requirements.
