西城区居民对社区卫生服务的认知度分析

The Xicheng district residents' awareness of community health service

目的了解北京市西城区居民对社区卫生服务的认知度。方法走访调查社区居民,利用自行设计的问卷进行横断面调查并进行数据统计分析。结果社区卫生服务中心的得分(63.36)高于社区卫生服务站(60.76);女性得分(64.72)高于男性(56.79);25岁及以下的年龄组人群认知度最低(25.95),随着年龄的增长,认知度也有上升的趋势;本地居民得分(63.35分)高于外地居民(34.87分);随着文化程度的提高,认知度也有上升的趋势,大专及以上者得分最高(64.86分)。上述比较均具有统计学意义(单因素方差分析,P值<0.05)。居民对于健康档案、高血压和糖尿病患者健康管理、老年人健康管理、预防接种、中医药健康管理、健康教育的知晓率分别为92.0%、79.8%、82.2%、55.6%、81.9%、86.6%。结论西城区居民对社区卫生服务认知度较高,但还存在不足,应针对社区卫生服务重点人群,开展个性化的宣传和管理。

Objective To explore the Xicheng district residents＇ awareness of community health service of 2014. Methods A total of 2716 residents were investigated with the questionare. Results Awareness of community health center ＇ s residents（63.36）was higher than community health station＇s residents（60.76）; Awareness of females（64.72） was higher than males（56.79）; Awareness of 18-25 residents was lowest（25.95）; Awareness was rising as the improvement of education. The awareness of health management record, hypertension and diabetes health management, elderly health management, vaccination, traditional Chinese medicine health management and health education was 92.0%,79.8%,82.2%,55.6%,81.9%,86.6%.Conclusion The Xicheng district residents＇ awareness of community health service of 2014 was of high level, but still Should focus on key populations, to carry out personalized education.
