黑茶对于调节代谢综合征的作用研究

目的分析比较黑茶茯砖茶和普洱茶对代谢综合征人群的调理效果。方法对广州市番禺区钟村街社区内诊断为代谢综合征的患者按照患者意愿分成三组,第一组饮黑茶茯砖;第二组饮普洱,第三组为对照组,比较1个月后身体检查各组的变化情况。三组比较血脂、血糖、血压及尿酸指标。结果黑茶茯砖茶和普洱茶都有很好的降血脂、减肥、降血压、降血糖等的保健作用能改善患者病情、提高生活质量,且黑茶茯砖茶效果更好。结论黑茶作为一种价格便宜的饮用产品,易于在社区用于代谢综合征的防治,适合全面推广。

Objective To compare the tea Fuzhuan brick tea and Pu＇er Tea on metabolic syndrome population conditioning effect. Methods in Guangzhou Panyu District Village street community diagnosis for metabolic syndrome patients were divided into three groups according to the patients＇ wishes, first group drink tea Fuzhuan brick; the second group drink tea, the third group as control group, compared with 1 month after physical examination of each group changes. Blood lipids, blood glucose, blood pressure and uric acid were compared between the three groups.Results black tea Fuzhuan brick＆amp;nbsp;tea and Pu＇er tea has good reducing blood fat, losing weight, lowering blood pressure, reducing blood sugar of health care function can improve patients, improve the quality of life, and the black tea Fuzhuan brick tea effect better.Conclusion the tea as a kind of cheap, easy for the prevention and treatment of metabolic syndrome in the community for the comprehensive promotion of drinking products.
