摘要
以缩水甘油醚三甲基氯化铵(GTA)和丙烯酸为原料,合成了阳离子丙烯酸酯单体;研究了反应物配比、温度、时间及催化剂用量对产物酯化率的影响,确定了产物最优合成工艺为:异丙醇作反应溶剂,竹(丙烯酸):竹(GTA)=1.1:1,反应温度70℃,反应时间6h,此条件下酯化率78%,产物收率86%。产物结构通过红外光谱得以证实。该单体经种子乳液聚合得到阳离子聚丙烯酸酯乳液.与氧化淀粉复配后制备的阳离子表面施胶剂对提高纸张的强度具有明显作用。
With glycidyl ether trimethyl ammonium chloride(GTA) and acrylic acid as raw materials, cationic acrylate monomer was synthesized, the influence of material ratio, temperature, reaction time and amount of the catalyst on the esterification rate of the product were discussed respectively. The optimal synthesis process of the product were obtained as follows:isopropyl alcohol as solvent, n(Aerylic) : n(GTA)=I.1 : 1, 70 ~C of reaction temperature and 6 h of reaction time, it was indicated that 78% of esterifieation rate and 86% of product yield could be reached under this conditions. The product characterized by IR. The monomer to be cationic polyacrylate emulsion by seeded emulsion polymerization, after compound with oxidized starch, cationic surface sizing agent was prepared and it plays an obvious role in increasing the intensity of paper.
