摘要
该文对比了碱木素、羟甲基化木素、交联木素在表面施胶过程的效果:交联木素明显增加了表面施胶抗张指数和环压强度,黑液直接交联的木素也有相同结果;而添加少量木屑的增强处理,更进一步提高了交联木素的施胶效果。
Alkaline lignin is separated from the black liquor which is the washing solution after cooking. Three kinds of lignin was applied in surface sizing in the paper, alkaline lignin, lignin hydroxymethylation, lignin crossing. Crossed lignin was performed great in tensile strength and ring crush. Crossed lignin from black liquor also showed the positive results in improving strength in surface sizing. Furthermore, small amount of saw dust was strengthening the crossed lignin in surface sizing.
