Discussion on the Difficulties of Military Reasonable Medical Service Management

通过调查军人诊疗消耗实际情况,总结造成诊疗费用快速增长的原因,并结合医院为部队服务管理实践以及军队合理医疗存在的问题,就界定合理医疗,做到有效监管,促进经费开支绩效管理水平的提高提出方法与建议,达到提高服务保障部队官兵的水平。

The causes of the rapid growth of the medical expenses were summarized through investigating of the actual military medical consumption. Combining the practice of hospital service for the army and the problems in military reasonable medical service,we proposed methods and suggestions to define reasonable medical service,to make effective supervision,and to improve the management level of funds expense performance,and to achieved the objective of improving the service and security level for army officers and men.
