摘要
军队大型医院逐步认识到信息化建设的重要性,而工作流程再造与优化是推进信息化建设的基础,两者相辅相成,不可分割。通过梳理相关文献资料,并结合某军队大型三甲医院信息化建设的工作流程模式,对信息化建设工作流程再造与优化进行探讨,提出建设与思考,为其他医院开展此项工作提供参考。
In recent years,Large military hospitals have gradually realized the importance of informationzation. Reengineering and optimization are the basis of informationzation and can＇t be separated from each other.Based on related data and some military hospital information construction workflow mode,the information construction process of reengineering and optimization is discussed to provide the constructive and valuable reference for other hospitals to carry out this work.
