摘要
目的探讨基于模拟人系统的模块化组训在卫勤单兵救治能力训练中的作用及应用价值。方法将60名卫勤队员分为两组,对照组采用常规方法进行训练,实验组加行基于模拟人系统的赛道式单兵救治能力模块化组训。结果通过训前训后考核对比,两组队员卫勤理论水平均有明显提高,实验组略优于对照组;实验组实践技能水平提升较大,而对照组则提高不明显;实验组对训练安排与效果的满意度明显高于对照组。结论基于模拟人系统的卫勤单兵救治能力模块化组训,对于提高卫勤队员个人救治能力具有重要价值,得进一步研究、丰富训练内容并推广。
Objective To explore the application value of modular training based on simulated human system in the training of individual rescue and treatment capacity of military medical staff. Methods A total of 60 military medical members were divided into two groups( n = 30),control group receiving conventional training,and experimental group receiving conventional training plus track- type modular training of individual rescue and treatment capacity based on simulated human system. Results The result of tests before and after the training showed that the theoretical level of medical service was significantly improved in two groups,and the scores in experimental group were slightly higher than those of control group; The practical skills in experimental group were significantly improved,while the improvement of control group was not so remarkable; The members in experimental group had higher satisfaction with training arrangement and outcomes compared with control group. Conclusion Modular training of individual rescue and treatment capacity based on simulated human system is important to improve the treatment capacity of medical service members,which is worthy of further study,content enrichment and military promotion.
