护理专科实习生对医用汞污染认知现状调查

Investigation of Nursing Interns Cognition about the Pollution of Medical Mercury

目的调查即将进入临床实习的护理专科学生对医用汞污染的认知情况,为指导其规范使用含汞医疗设备提供依据,以减少使用过程中外漏汞对环境及人员的伤害。方法使用自行设计的调查问卷,对120名护理专科学生进行现场调查,对其中认知题目赋分,并采用构成比进行数据分析。结果 120名护生对医用汞污染认知题目的平均得分为(4.95±1.71)分,各学校得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护生普遍对医用汞危害认知不足,对外漏汞的处理不规范,学校及医院均缺乏系统性教育。结论针对护理专科生对汞污染认知不足的现状,无论学校专业课程教学,还是临床实习工作指导,均应加强对其进行汞污染防范知识的系统培训和教育,规范其临床操作行为。

Objective To investigate the present situation of the acknowledge of the mercury pollution from medical in nursing students who about to enter clinical practice,and provide reference to use the mercury- contained medical equipment,to reduce the damage of mercury exposed to the environment and staff in the process of using it. Methods Using the self- designed questionnaire to investigate 120 nursing interns. The cognitive subject was assigned points,and the constituent ratio was used for data analysis. Results 120 nursing students get the average score of 4. 95 ± 1. 17 on cognitive subject of medical mercury pollution,and the score of each school has no statistical significance（ P〉0. 05）. Nursing students are generally inadequate of medical mercury hazard,and the dispose of exposed mercury are lack of standardization. Both schools and hospitals were lack of systematic education. Conclusion For nursing students lack awareness of mercury pollution,and both school professional course teaching and clinical practice need to strengthen the systematic training and education of mercury pollution prevention,in order to regulate the behavior of clinical operation.
