摘要
目的探讨三级甲等综合性军队中心医院护理管理组织结构优化策略。方法确定理论指导依据,设计目标组织结构,建立组织效能评价指标,实施关键人物深度访谈,进行相关数据统计学处理。结果建立"三级管理+护理委员会"新型组织体系,完善护理管理组织架构与运作流程,确立护理质量管理实施办法,创新护理质量监测与评价手段,增强护理管理组织效能。结论 "三级管理+护理委员会"新型组织体系,通过强化个体"偏好因行为"而产生增值效应,能营造正性护理工作环境,强化创新人格培养导向。
Objective To explore the optimization strategy of nursing management organizational structure in third class and general military center hospital. Methods Determined the basis of the oretical guidance,designed the structure of objective organization,established the evaluation index of organizational effectiveness,carried out depth interviews among key figures,and conducted statistical treatment. Results The new organization system of "three- level management system nursing committee"was established,improving the organizational structure and operation flow,establishing the measures for the implementation,innovating the means of monitoring and evaluation,and enhancing the organizational effectiveness. Conclusion The new organization system produced the value- added effect by the preference behavior,created a positive working condition,and strengthened the cultivation of innovative personality.
