整体护理模式在骨科患者治疗过程中的做法

目的探讨整体护理模式在骨科住院患者治疗中的效果。方法根据科室具体情况,采取综合措施提高护理人员职业满意度,增进其身心健康水平;在改进以往护理工作的同时,更注重心理护理、个体化护理,完善护理程序,在病房管理中推行整体护理的措施和理念。结果护理人员职业满意度明显提升,患者的治疗效果和满意度较实施前提高。结论整体护理模式符合现代护理工作要求,能提高骨科住院患者的治疗效果。

Objective Explore the effect of Holistic Nursing Model in the treatment of hospitalized patients of orthopedics. Methods According to the specific situation of the department,comprehensive measures were taken to improve the nurses＇ satisfaction to profession to improve their physical and mental health. Besides to the improvement of nursing work,more attention was paid to the psychological nursing and individual nursing,and nursing process was improved,while measures and ideas of holistic nursing care was implemented in ward management. Results Nurses＇ job satisfaction was improved significantly. Patients＇ therapeutic effect and satisfaction were increased observably. Conclusion Holistic Nursing Model was conformed to the demands of modern nursing work and can improve the therapeutic effect of orthopedic patients.
