摘要
文章分析了汾泉河右岸穿堤建筑物对防洪安全造成的隐患,提出相应的对策。
This paper analyses the hidden trouble of flood safety caused by crossing dyke buildings in Fenquanhe right bank ,and put forwards the corresponding countermeasures.
