摘要
文章以地市供电公司在调控一体化模式下的调控人才培养为样本,介绍了人才培养的理念。以建立素质过硬、业绩一流的调控专业为目标,采用建档-分析-实施-评价-再分析的柔性闭环培训模式,构建调控人才培训机制。
This paper discusses the personnel training under the mode of regulation and control integra- tion using city Bengbu power supply company as a sample, introduces the concept of the personnel training. In order to establish the performance of first-class enterprise, adopts closed loop training mode to construct the personnel training system.
