新的历史时期,随着世情、国情、党情的变化和各种社会矛盾的出现,党群关系出现了一些隔阂,一定程度上影响了党和人民群众间的感情和信任,这种情况在新疆的南疆边远地区尤为突出。它不仅削弱了党同各民族群众间的血肉联系,而且还阻碍了新疆南疆地区经济社会的进一步发展。本文以"访惠聚"活动工作为抓手,分析了当前新疆基层党群工作的现状、存在的问题和面临的挑战,深入探析了新时期践行党的群众路线,构建新型党群关系的有效路径。

Close ties with the masses of our Party has always been a big political advantage, the people are the base of our Party in power and the source of our strength. During the new historical period, with changes in the world situation, circumstances, the Party situation and the emergence of various social contradictions, there are some barriers existing in ties between the Party and the masses; to a certain extent, they affected the feelings and trust between our party and the people. This situation in Southern Xinjiang, especially in remote areas, not only weakens the blood ties between the Party with the masses of all ethnic groups, but also hindered the further development of the southern border region of the economy and society. In this paper, ＂Fang Hui Ju＂ activities as the starting point, the authors analyze the current situation in Xinjiang party grassroots work, problems and challenges facing the new era of in-depth practice the Party＇s mass line to build new ties between the party effective path.
