摘要
2011年起,内地新疆中职班(简称"内职班")招生,越来越多的学生远离家乡,去内地求学。这些学生长期寄宿学校,校园已然是他们成长成才成功的重要平台。但由于一些原因,部分内职班学生很难融入校园文化中。本文从校园文化意义入手,分析内职班学生无法融入校园文化的原因,从学校管理者、教师和学生三层面探索内职班学生融入校园文化的路径。
Since 2011, the mainland of Xinjiang vocational classes(referred as the "inner class") enrollment founded, many teenagers left away from home to study in different places. These students have long boarding in the schools, so the campus plays a great role for their success. But for some reasons, it is difficult for some students to integrate into the campus culture. This article from the campus cultural significance and analysis of the students who cannot be integrated into the campus culture, from the three aspects of school management, teachers and students, explores the path of the students into the campus culture.
