对慢性肺心病并发心衰患者进行中西医结合治疗的效果分析

目的探讨对慢性肺心病并发心衰患者进行中西医结合治疗的效果。方法将2012年5月至2015年5月我院收治的88例慢性肺心病并发心衰患者随机分为观察组与对照组,对对照组患者进行西医常规治疗,在此基础上为观察组患者应用丹参注射液与痰热清注射液进行治疗,然后对比分析两组患者的临床疗效。结果在治疗肺心病与心衰方面,观察组患者治疗的总有效率均高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论采用中西结合疗法对慢性肺心病并发心衰患者进行治疗可取得确切的效果,此法值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on chronic pulmonary heart disease with heart failure. Methods from May 2012 to May 2015 in our hospital for treatment of chronic heart disease with heart failure in 88 cases. The selected 88 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group. All patients were treated with anti infection and symptomatic support. The observation group were treated with Chinese herbal medicine. The correlation index was compared between the observation group and the control group. Results the effect of observation group was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion the treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease with heart failure with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine is effective, and it is worth to be popularized in clinic.
