摘要
目的研究辅酶Q10防晒霜成分的紫外光谱特性,评价其防晒效果。方法测定辅酶Q10防晒霜成分吸光度值,计算防晒指数。结果辅酶Q10吸光度值与防晒指数比甘草次酸、硫辛酸值高,同时配方三防晒指数比配方一、二值高。结论辅酶Q10、甘草次酸、硫辛酸具有不同防晒效果;这3种配方可产生不同效果的防晒霜,发挥不同的防晒效果。
OBJECTIVE The experiment had analyzed the characteristic of sunscreen lotion of coenzyme Q10 in ultraviolet spectrum and evaluated its effect in UV protection. METHODS The UV absorbance value of main ingredients in the sunscreen lotion was measured in the experiment. And then it can calculate the Sun protection factor. RESULTS From the experimental data,the absorbance value and the Sun protection factor of coenzyme Q10 were higher than the one of glycyrrhetinic acid,lipoic acid. On the other hand,the Sun protection factor of third recipe was the highest in three recipes. CONCLUSION Coenzyme Q10,glycyrrhetinic acid,lipoic acid have different sunscreen effect. These three formula can play in different sunscreen effect.
