Decision Tree Analysis of Three Kinds of Antimicrobial Agents for the Treatment of HAP

目的分析3种抗菌药物治疗医院获得性肺炎的经济性,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法回顾性查阅某医院2013年1月~2014年6月HAP病例150例,分成3组（A组：头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠;B组：哌拉西林钠他唑巴坦钠;C组：美罗培南）,用决策树分析3组治疗方案的经济性。结果 A组、B组、C组期望成本分别为7054.73元、6248.95元、12179.94元,成本效果比分别为78.39、76.49、141.76。结论哌拉西林钠他唑巴钠为3种治疗HAP常规手段的最经济方案。

OBJECTIVE Analyze the economy of three kinds of antibiotics in treatment of patients with hospital acquired pneumonia（ HAP）,so as to provide guidance for clinical rational drug use. METHODS A retrospective survey was conducted in the HAP cases from January 2013 to June 2014 in a hospital. 150 cases were picked out and divided into three groups（ group A： cefoperazonesodium and sulbactam sodium; group B： piperacillin sodium and tazobactm sodium;group C：meropenem）. With economic analysis of three therapeutic schemes by decision tree analysis,the most cost-effective treatment scheme was selected. RESULTS The expected cost of group A,B and C were$ 7054. 73,6248. 95 and 12179. 94 respectively,the cost effectiveness ratios were 78. 39,76. 49 and 141. 76 respectively. CONCLUSION Piperacillin sodium and tazobactam was the most economical scheme for treatment of patients with HAP by these three conventional means.
