摘要
目的在临床医学专业本科药理学教学中探索和应用综合性讲授方法。方法本文采用导入生理、生化和病生等先修课程为铺垫,结合临床案例分析和药代动力学讲解,在药理学课堂教学中针对重点和难点,灵活机动地采用了综合性讲授方法。结果与传统教学方法比较,平均考试成绩由67.75分提高至74.68分(P<0.001);优良率从21%提高至48%(P<0.001),提示教学效果提高。结论综合性讲授方法克服了传统"填鸭式"讲授方法抽象、复杂的缺点,弥补了单一教学模式难以适用不同教学对象和教学内容的不足,取得了"明之以理、导向应用"的教学效果。
OBJECTIVE To explore the effect and value of comprehensive teaching in Pharmacology for medical students. METHODS Comprehensive teaching based on introduction of prerequisite courses,clinical cases and pharmacokinetics was helpful for elucidation of pharmacological points. RESULTS Compared with traditional style,average marks increased from 67. 75 to 74. 68( P〈0. 001) and incidence of marks above 80 increased from 21% to48%( P〈 0. 001) following comprehensive teaching. CONCLUSION The comprehensive teaching demonstrated simple deduction of pharmacology course,which was quite different from unitary teaching style unsuitable for diverse subjects.
