摘要
小麦清选过程中,洗麦槽承担着麦粒着水洗涤的重要任务。以洗麦槽中的螺旋型绞龙叶片为研究对象,在分析洗麦槽内麦粒洗涤机理的基础上,通过流固耦合作用将槽腔内流场压力加载到绞龙叶片上,对其进行静力学分析和模态分析,得到绞龙叶片对载荷的响应和固有频率。结果发现:绞龙叶片的最大应力出现在槽出口处对应叶片的根部,其值满足材料强度要求。针对各结构段叶片推送擦洗作用的不同,改进后的模型对生产实际提高小麦清选效果具有理论价值和实际参考意义。
In the course of cleaning wheat,the wheat washing trough plays a crucial role in hygroscopy and abstersion. The spiral auger blade in washing trough was chosen as the study model,and statics and mode analysis were conducted under the pressure distribution in blade by fluid-solid coupling method. The results show that the strength of the blade satisfies the materials used requirement and the maximum stress point were located at the root of blade and the end of Spindle. In view of the difference in the pushing and scrubbing effects in different blades with different structure,the modified model was verified by simulation to get an appropriate pressure pulsation,which has guiding significance for the production of the actual increase in the cleaning effect of wheat.
