摘要
设计一种基于DSP+FPGA多处理器的交流伺服控制器,FPGA完成I/O口扩展、键盘的扫描、霍尔信号检测和保护信号的处理等功能,DSP完成算法的实现、PWM信号的输出和模拟信号的检测等功能。同时设计一种新型负载实验测试平台,采用磁粉制动器模拟不同大小的负载,通过改变其输入的激磁电流大小产生不同大小的制动力矩。在负载实验平台上进行实验,结果表明设计的伺服控制器能适用于各种转速下的电机和在各种负载下运行,有效地提高了系统的速度响应能力和抗负载扰动的能力。
In the study,an AC servo controller based on DSP + FPGA multiprocessor is designed,the expansion of I / O port,scanning of keyboard,detection of Holzer-signal and processing of protection signal are realized by FPGA. Relatively,realization of the algorithm,the output of PWM signal and the detection of analog signals is completed by DSP processor. A new load test platform is designed at the same time. The different size of load is simulated by the platform based on magnetic powder brake. The different braking torque is produced by changing the amplitude of the input magnetizing current. The experimental results of the load test platform shows that the servo controller designed can be used in running status of various speed and load of the motor. The quick response and the anti load disturbance's ability of the system are effectively improved by using this controller.
