摘要
为得到蒸发冷却空调机组耗水量的精确计算公式,从制冷量和能量守恒方面对蒸发冷却耗水量的计算公式进行推导,最终分别得出直接蒸发冷却和间接蒸发冷却耗水量的计算公式.同时根据该公式,得出直接蒸发冷却器每100kW的制冷量对应的耗水量为0.09kg/s;以及间接蒸发冷却器在不同的效率和风量比下,每100kW对应的耗水量值.并将该公式的计算结果与实际测试结果对比,得出该公式可以用于蒸发冷却设计阶段耗水量的计算.
In order to obtain accurate calculation formula of evaporative air conditioning units＇ water consumption,the calculation formula was derived from the cooling capacity and energy conservation, and the formula for direct and indirect evaporative cooling were obtained. According to the formula, it can be concluded that the water consumption of per 100kW cooling capacity for the direct evaporative cooler is 0.09kg/s;for indirect evaporative cooler the con- sumption per 100kW is different. By means of comparing the calculation results with the actual test results, the formula can be used to calculate the water consumption in the design stage of evaporative cooling.
