Huang Yanpei believed that the development of vocational education needs not only learning from foreign experiences, but also needs to embody the spirit of ＂benevolence, wisdom and courage＂ in Chinese traditional culture. Huang Yanpei actively advocated and promoted the thoughts and the practice of the development of vocational education in China, which fully reflected the spirit.
