摘要
马斯洛的需要层次理论很好地阐述了人的需要与行为产生间的关系,它为高校人才开发工作提供了很好的视角,高校应该根据人才的自身特点,分析其需求,并根据需求制定相应措施。在具体工作中,应提供合理报酬,提供安稳工作环境,建设优秀软件环境,营造良好的高成就环境,积极创造各种条件满足人才的各层次需要,以提高高校人才的工作效率,为高校发展做出贡献。
Having made a good explanation on the relationship between the needs of human beings and their behaviors,Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs theory provides a good view to the talent development in colleges and universities. According to the characteristics of their talents,colleges and universities should analyze their needs so as to formulate corresponding measures. To be exact,reasonable payment and stable working condition should be offered,excellent soft environment and super achieved surroundings should be constructed,The administrators in colleges and universities should try to create every chance for the talents at all levels actively to meet their needs. Only in this way can these talents improve their working efficiency and contribute to the development of colleges and universities.
