提高SWRCH35KD碳成分精度技术的运用与实践

摘要 为提高SWRCH35KD碳成分精度,通过对在线生产的监测和实验,在积累大量生产数据的基础上,通过6σ管理法统计分析出主要原因,分别制定对策和措施,应用于实践检验措施,对比试验前、试验中、试验后的SWRCH35KD碳成分数据,得出最优操作方法,推广应用到实际生产中。 To improve the precision of carbon content in SWRCH35 KD, we statistically analyzed the main causes of poor precision with 6σ management method and drew up and implemented countermeasures based on large amounts of production data collected from production online monitoring and experiments. By comparison of SWRCH35 KD carbon content data before, during and after the experiment, the optimal operation method was obtained and applied in actual production.
