分子筛吸附器故障处理与仪控系统改进

摘要 在马钢20000 m^3/h空分设备分子筛吸附器吸附、解吸过程中,对分子筛吸附器发生故障与分子筛吸附器均压阶段存在问题,采用有效操作维护方法与实施仪控系统改进措施,保证空分设备安全稳定运行。文章介绍了20000 m^3/h空分设备分子筛吸附器阀门内漏、电加热器故障现象、原因与处理措施、效果。叙述了分子筛吸附器均压阶段存在问题、原因及仪控系统分层控制改进措施、效果。 Effective operation maintenance measures and instrument control system improvement measures were taken against the existing problems occurring at the pressure sharing stage of molecular sieve absorber during the absorption and desorption of the molecular sieve absorber in the 20000 m3/h air separating unit of Ma Steel, to ensure safe and stable operation of the unit. The causes, treatment measures and treatment results of the internal leakage of the molecular sieve absorber valve and electric heater fault in the 20000 m3/h air separating unit are introduced. The problems occurring at the pressure sharing stage of the molecular sieve absorber, improvement measures for hierarchical control of the instrument control system and results are described.
