加强高校师德建设的思考

Consideration on Teacher-morality Counstruction of Higher Institutions

高等院校是公民思想道德建设的重要阵地 ,高等院校的师德建设对提高全民族的思想道德素质 ,贯彻落实“以德治国”方略具有重大的现实意义。高校教师要加强师德建设 ,率先垂范 ,为社会主义事业培养合格人才。

Higher institutions are the important position for citizens'ideological and moral construction.It has practical significance of teacher-morality in higher institutions to improve the thought and morality quality of all nations,and to put the'Runing a country by morals'plan into effect.In order to bring up the qualitied and talented persons for our socialism cause,teachers in higher institutions should self-cultivate with morals and strengthen the construction of teacher-morality.
