In the background of big data,network violence brings much worry to people. Compared to the right of privacy,the right to be forgottenas a new right can better protect people’s legitimate rights and interests in the network era. Therefore,basedon the thinking stimulated by network violence in reality,some suggestions are put forward about the feasibilityof the right to be forgotten as a concrete personality right and how to deal with the challenge of speech freedom andpublic interest.
