摘要
以磷酸盐胶黏剂、空心微珠与发泡剂为主要原材料,制备了一种耐热磷酸盐胶黏剂材料。采用热重法(TG)测试了轻质磷酸盐胶黏剂1 000℃热失重;用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察了轻质磷酸盐胶黏剂的微观形貌;用拉力机测试了常温和高温剪切强度。结果表明:磷酸盐胶黏剂具有优异的耐热性能,磷酸盐与空心玻璃微珠界面结合强度高,所制备的复合材料高温处理后仍能保持较高的机械强度。
Light phosphate adhesive was manufactured by phosphate adhesive, hollow beads and blowing agent. The room and high temperature bending strength of the composites was measured with tensile machine. The results show that: the heat resistant performance were excellent, composite material with high temperature treatment can still keep high mechanical strength.
