随着经济发展和科技进步,科技档案的开发利用取得很大进展,但是科技档案收集工作仍做得不够到位,需要进一步改进完善。结合科研单位实际情况,从增强科技档案人员收集意识、建立健全收集机制、创新收集方法、强化人员培训等方面进行研究探讨,为做好科技档案收集工作提供一些借鉴。

As the economic development and the progress of science and technology, great progress was made in the development and utilization of science and technology archives, but it still needs to be further improved. Combining with the practical situation of scientific research units, this paper discussed on aspects of strengthening collection consciousness,establishing collection mechanism, innovating collection methods and strengthening personnel training, etc, and provided some reference for archives collection work.
