轻型创伤性脑损伤的影像学研究现状和进展 被引量：4

摘要 流行病学调查显示,全球每年大概有1000万人罹患创伤性脑损伤（traumatic brain injury, TBI）[1],它是导致青壮年死亡及致残的主要原因之一[2]。在美国,约80﹪的TBI为轻型创伤性脑损伤（mild traumatic brain injury, mTBI）[3]。绝大多数m TBI是一种良性发展过程,即在没有接受系统性治疗的情况下,脑功能可以自发恢复[4]。
