The paper makes analysis over the importance of measures such as cost management in project management starting from cost prediction. It proposes some strategies of cost control on the basis of a summary on labor cost,material expenses and machine access fees,etc. which provide a reference for companies to maintain their high efficiency and profits by taking effective measures to lower costs in project management.
