摘要
我国地方高校课堂教学质量监控体系的系统性构建源于高校"扩招"时期,尽管取得了比较瞩目的成果,但随着时代的快速发展,原有的课堂教学质量监控体系不可避免地暴露出一系列问题,造成地方高校课堂教学质量提升步伐缓慢。本文着重从当前地方高校课堂教学质量监控体系存在的不足出发,探讨完善地方高校课堂教学质量监控体系具体措施,为教学管理工作持续改进提供借鉴。
The classroom teaching quality supervision system in local universities was established when the higher education in China was expanded since 1999,and has made great successes during these years.However,it has to be pointed out that the system seems unable to keep pace with the times due to a series of problems occurring in its application,which has already led to a slow improvement of teaching quality in local universities. The paper first probes into the defects of current teaching quality supervision system,and then put forward some specific methods to perfect it,which may be helpful for a continuous improvement of teaching management in local universities.
