摘要
随着高校二级管理的不断深化,院系办公室作为直接为分院教学、科研、后勤服务的基层管理机构,其工作质量的好坏将直接影响整个院系乃至整个学校工作的运转效率和办事质量。通过探讨院系办公室工作中存在的问题,研究办公室管理优化策略,以期实现办公室管理的规范化、科学化、制度化、自动化。
A department office,as a basic management section assisting the department's teaching,scientific study and logistical support,affects the operational efficiency and work quality of the department and even the whole university with its own work quality during the deepening process of secondary management of universities. The paper first discusses the problems existing in the work of department offices,and then proposes some strategies for the optimization of office management,hoping to help to develop a standard,scientific,systematic and automated office management.
