The paper presents an analysis over a teaching reform and practice of the course of Webpage Art Design guided by the CEC- CEIO educational philosophy. Such an approach establishes a feasible and practical framework for the course by adopting advanced CDID educational philosophy,endeavoring after a resource sharing between university and enterprises for effective improvement of talent training.
