技能大赛能让学生在参赛中提升自身综合素养,对学生就业与长远职业发展具有深远意义。马鞍山职业技术学院通过创新管理理念,在物质、技术与制度层面科学构建实施技能大赛人才培养体系,在国家、省、市三级技能大赛中取得了显著成效,具有一定的典型性与可借鉴性。
It is of considerable significance for college students ' job- seeking and long- term career development to improve their comprehensive qualities through participating in various kinds of technical contests. In this field,Maanshan Technical College has set an example with her successes in the contests at different levels of the nation,province and city based on a scientific contest-oriented talent training system integrating construction of material,technology and institution guided by innovated idea of administration.
