On Food Safety Control from a Perspective of Law-abiding Country Governing

食品安全问题是关乎民生的基本问题,是涉及社会稳定的重大问题。在我国开展全面推进依法治国进程的时期,食品安全问题的法治刻不容缓。在依法治国的视域中探寻食品安全问题解决的思路,为食品安全治理体系和能力的现代化建设提供新的思路和方法。

Food safety is a basic and significant issue concerning both people＇s welfare and social stability. In the age when China determines to speed up the process to rule by law,legal control over food safety has become an urgent task in the country. The paper aims to seek possible solutions to the problem from a perspective of law-abiding administration,and provide new ideas and methods for the construction of a food safety control system.
