高等职业教育课程与国家职业标准对接的障碍分析

An Analysis on the Impediments to Linkage between the Courses of Higher Vocational Education and National Vocational Standards

近年来高等职业教育得到了突飞猛进的发展,在快速发展的过程中也暴露了一些问题,其中的一个重要问题是高等职业教育课程与国家职业标准不能有效对接。为此,本文从学历教育和职业教育的矛盾出发,并从传统社会观念、传统教学体系、师资队伍落后、办学经费不足和职业资格认证制度等方面进行了阐述,进而提出了实现高等职业教育与国家职业标准有效对接的若干措施。

It has to be pointed out that some serious problems occur in the rapid development of China ＇s higher vocational education during recent years,one of which is the ineffective linkage between the courses of the educational field and national vocational standards. For this reason,the paper offers a discussion on the contradiction between academic credentials education and vocational education from perspectives such as conventional public attitudes,traditional teaching system,inferior teaching staff,insufficient schooling funds and professional qualification accreditation system,etc. and then proposes some approaches for effective linkage between higher vocational education and national vocational standards.
