新疆高职思想政治理论课教学现状调查研究

Investigation on Teaching Status of Ideological Course in Vocational Colleges

新疆高职思想政治理论课是实现新疆高职院校立德树人目标的关键一环,直接关系治疆大业的未来发展。文章从师生双主体出发,通过调查研究全面客观把握新疆高职思想政治理论课的教学现状,从认识不到位、内容缺乏针对性、教学方式不合理和教师队伍素质不高四个方面进行归因探源。提出以高职生核心素养的培养正确定位课程目标、以开展因材施教的分层教学提高教学质量、以新疆特色教学内容改革增强教学针对性、以打造新疆特色"四好"教师加强教师队伍建设等建议,切实增强高职思想政治理论课的实效性。

The ideological course is an important course in fostering talents with higher moral quality.The paper investigates the teaching status of the ideological course in colleges of Xinjiang.Data shows that there exist some problems---little awareness of the importance of this course both by teachers and students;no pertinence of the teaching materials;illogicality of teaching approaches;lower quality of teaching faculty.Based on the analysis,the author proposes some measures to promote the effectiveness of the ideological course.
