摘要
德国双元制人才培养模式是职业教育中一个成功的典范,学习借鉴其中相关经验,对促进我国中职教育的发展意义重大。通过对"双元制"的解读及双元制在德国实施的现实背景分析,结合我国实际情况,探讨双元制培养模式在我国中职教育应用中的现实性问题,并针对这些问题提出在中职教育中合理运用双元制的策略。
The German ＂Dual System＂ vocational training mode is a successful example in vocational education which is of great significance to China’ s secondary vocational education.The paper analyzes the realistic background of ＂dual system＂ implementation in Germany and discusses the application of the system in the secondary vocational education in China.For the problems which appeared in the implementation process,the author propose some measures.
