益气化瘀胶囊治疗冠心病支架术后再狭窄的临床观察

Clinical study of restenosis patients treated by yiqi huayu capsule

1目的观察益气化瘀胶囊对冠心病支架术后降低血浆超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)和血小板活化标志物CD62p的临床疗效。2方法选择行冠脉支架置入术后成功患者70例,随机分为观察组和对照组,分别服用益气化瘀胶囊及安慰剂,观察两组患者血浆hs-CRP和血小板活化标志物CD62p变化情况。3结果治疗90天后,观察组在降低血浆hs-CRP和血小板活化标志物CD62p方面明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。4结论益气化瘀胶囊能明显降低血浆hsCRP和血小板活化标志物CD62p,大大降低冠心病支架术后再狭窄发生率。

Objective To observe the effect of Yiqi Huayu capsule for reduction of serum hsCRP level and platelet activation marker CD62 p after coronary stents.Methods A total of 70 patients successfully accepted coronary stents were randomly divided into experimental group which was taken Yiqi Huayu capsule therapy and control group which was taken placebo therapy in order to observe the changes of serum hs-CRP level and platelet activation marker CD62 p.Results 90 days after treatment,the effect of reduction of serum hs-CRP level and platelet activation marker CD62 p in the experimental group was better than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Yiqi Huayu capsule could reduction serum hs-CRP level and platelet activation marker CD62 p,lower the incidence rate of restenosis.
