摘要
中华民族有着悠久的传统文化,其中优秀的官箴书等官场文化蕴含丰富的政德思想,对推进领导干部道德建设以及党风廉政建设具有重大的价值。其中,张养浩的《为政忠告》中所体现出的从政自修、执政为民、为政清廉、施政有道、执政有节等政德思想有助于"三严三实"的贯彻与落实,并启示领导干部做到践"三实"需立"三道"、求"三严"以破"三关"、立"四有"而除"四风"。
The Chinese nation has a long history of traditional culture. And many good books on maxim for officials are rich in political morality,as is of great significance for promoting the moral construction of the cadres and the building of working style of the Party and a clean and honest administration. Take Advice for Officials written by Zhang Yanghao as an example. Such political morals as official cultivation,administrating for the people,incorruptible governing,administrating strategies,and temperance in administrating are still helpful to implement Three Stricts and Three Steadies.
