The Anti-Americanism and Latin-American Relations in Post-neoliberal Era

拉美的反美主义有着悠久的历史。进入21世纪以来,反美主义再次掀起高潮,主要表现在:拉美国家反对按美国的意图签订美洲自由贸易协议;反对美国借人权、反恐、扫毒之名义控制和干涉拉美国家;激进左派政府执行强硬的反美政策;美国对拉美的主导权遭到削弱。奥巴马上台后尽管采取了一些措施试图缓和美拉关系,但美国在拉美影响力下降的趋势并没有从根本上得到扭转。

The anti-Americanism in Latin America has a long history. When entering the 21 st century,it reaches a climax again. Latin American countries refused to yield to the USA to sign American free trade agreement and protested against the USA＇s control and interference in the name of protecting human rights and fighting against terrorism and drugs. Radical leftist government upheld tough anti-American policies. The USA was weakened in dominance of Latin America. Since Obama came to power,he has taken some measures to ease the tensions between the USA and the Latin American countries. However,the USA has not fundamentally reversed the trend that it has less strong influences on Latin America.
