摘要
针对15-5PH不锈钢圆弧面加工后表面粗糙度值过大问题,通过正交实验设计,开展了15-5PH不锈钢圆弧面加工试验研究。运用极差分析方法对表面粗糙度数据进行处理,确定各切削参数对圆弧面表面粗糙度的影响程度,并分析了单个因素对表面粗糙度的影响规律,得出主轴转速是影响表面粗糙度的主要因素。同时,基于BP神经网络建立了表面粗糙度的预测模型。通过对比试验值和预测值,得出该模型的相对误差较小,验证了模型构建的合理性和准确性。
Aiming at machining problem of surface roughness on milling arc surface of 15- 5PH stainless steel,multivariate orthogonal experiment on milling process was conducted. Range analysis was applied to evaluating the influence of various cutting parameters on surface roughness,obtaining that spindle speed was the main influence factor of surface roughness. Besides,the effect of single factor on surface roughness was also analyzed. And BP Neural Network is applied to construct the prediction model for surface roughness. Comparison between predictive value and experimental value reflects that the mean absolute error is small,verifying the reasonableness and validity of prediction model.
